Custom and Other Charges

Custom and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and SAMORA is not liable for any customs or clearance charges incurred in your country. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, postage and handling fees will be borne by the customer.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

  • If you change your mind, SAMORA will refund the full amount provided it is returned or within the first 14 days of receiving your item. 
  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • For returns outside of Malaysia, the item must be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receiving your item.  
  • Any shipping and handling fee when returning an item are borne by customers with the exception the items received are different from the items ordered. 
  • Exchange items must be shipped via Ninja Van, DHL or Pos Laju only. 
  • If the item received is found faulty or defective, kindly contact us at samorashoes@gmail.com
  • Items returned are not held liable by SAMORA until the package is received by us.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for colours and sizes within the same product depending on the stocks availability. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
  • Request for exchange will need approval from Samora hence any items received without approval will not be accepted. 
  • Shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approved exchange. 
  • Exchanges can only be made once. 
  • Customers must provide a tracking number provided by the courier service. Kindly email us the tracking number to ensure clarity.
  •  SAMORA will not be held responsible for any damages or losses of the item during transit. 
  • SAMORA reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our office. 
  • SAMORA is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, kindly ensure all entered information is correct.

SAMORA will NOT accept any pieces when:

  • The shoes are not returned in its original condition; has been worn, scratched, washed, damaged or is not in its original packaging. 
  • The shoe box is damaged hence do ensure that the box is safely and securely packed and wrapped with the bubble wrap provided. Any damages will result in cancellation of exchange or return. 
  • Missing merchandises such as cards and wrappers.
  • Purchases that were made during sales or at pop-up stores.
